In our effort to coordinate smooth passenger transfer between the airport and the pier directly, Star Cruises is pleased to introduce a new service standard.

"Meet & Greet" is a transfer programme that will expedite passenger transfer from the Changi International Airport to the Singapore Cruise Centre (World Trade Centre). With this programme, passengers no longer need to queue at the World Trade Centre for check-in and the Luggage Counters, but just proceed straight to the ship.

Whether passengers arrive on the same day or earlier, arrangement will be made to ensure personal hassle-free luggage handling upon arrival and departure.

Passengers can now look forward to smoother cruising with Star Cruises.

UPON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at the airport, Star Cruises staff attired in red jackets will greet passengers at the respective gates after they had cleared with
the Singapore Immigration and Custom. In the event of a miss, please contact us by the telephone numbers above.

Star Cruises staff will collect travel documents from the passengers in exchange for the ship's Access Card for boarding. At the same time, the luggage will also be tagged. That means passengers will not have to queue at the World Trade Centre for passport and luggage check-in anymore, and may proceed straight to the ship.

For passengers who arrive at an earlier date, the check-in for passports and luggage will be conducted at the hotel (lobby) before they are picked up for transfers to the Singapore Cruise Centre.

ON DEPARTURE

After the cruise, passengers will be greeted by our staff at the Arrival Lounge located at the World Trade Centre.

They will be escorted to the coaches / cars for transfers to the airport
or hotels.

Kindly inform the ship¡¯s Front Office, giving us at least one (1) day¡¯s notice if there are any changes to the itineraries. The Front Office Manager will relay your changes to us.
